Click the following link to access the Welcome page Millville Self-Service Portal.

From the Welcome page, you can access the full site by going to “Click to login” in the upper right corner of the page, and then logging in with your Millville user name and password (the same one you use for email).

From within the site, you can open a ticket for an issue you are experiencing, submit a request, access self-help options, check the status of your existing tickets and more!

If you select either “Report an Outage or Incident” or “Make a Request” the form below will open.  Please fill in all of the required fields before clicking “Submit”.  For the description, please provide as many details as possible.  The more details we have, the easier it will be for us to help you.  You can also attach any files or pictures to the ticket by clicking on the paperclip.

After you click Submit, you will get a confirmation with your ticket number.  Click OK to go back to the home page.
